I love these versatile little buns/english muffins. They don’t look like much but are great toasted, as a pizza base, garlic bread or used as burger bun. They also stay soft after being toasted (unlike most gf toast) so they are great for making sandwiches for lunches or picnics. While not particularly healthy they are satisfying, very yummy and low in fat and calories for gluten-free bread.
To make a delicious and easy mini pizza just cover them in tomato sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings and pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes. This is a great option to bring along when people will be having regular pizza you can have your own mini pizza.
